复制授权窗口URL，检查所需权限为：
&scope=openid+offline_access+User.ReadWrite.All+Group.ReadWrite.All+Chat.ReadWrite
同时，发现小窗口跳转时，页面会闪一下出现一个报错信息，也说明是权限原因：
在 https://portal.azure.com/ ，搜索应用注册，进入应用，设置API权限。
问题解决，授权成功
